It means it PROBABLY will be a norm.

If it was going to be a rare wouldent it be in the 'rares' section of the catalouge?
I allways thought thesse would be rares.

Can't you just do the simple thing and wait to see if it is removed within the next couple of weeks? No one will know for sure other than Hotel staff, yet they may descide to remove it anyway.
