write about school
Write about Iraq. And all the hate, death and upset it has caused for millions of people.
Write about a cellar/attic.
Write about your a POW
Make something up, or ask a member of your family a place that they hate and then they'll be able to help you a little
Hospitals? Full of death, illnesses and most people hate them
If you can't think try making a place up with all the things you hate in it.
Use your imagination. Possibly your cellar/attic like someone suggested or pretend you have a job and you've got to do horrible jobs and over exaduate.
