dunno wat ive done, well ive sat on my seat for about 20 mins now and my kneck is all sore wen i move my head backwards the back of my head gets sharp pain :( and its uncomfortable help:(

Get someone to massage it or something? Take asprin? Go to the doctors? Lol
Try lying down flat on your back for about 10 minutes and that should ease the pain. The strain on your neck should released. If not, and it continues to persist. Then consult a doctor.

Its probaly because you may have been sleeping awkward like leaning on your neck so its in a differetn position than its meant to, just leave it itll be fine tomorrow
Put a scarf round your neck. It released the pressure or something and helps it - honestly, I'm speaking from experience lol.
