Yea probably for the Tail of Two Cats quest I do believe.
Everyone's seen him before, I'm sure.... but nice find. He used to be in Burthorpe Pub, then he was up at the Baxtorian Waterfalls the next time I saw him, haven't seen him since.
Didn't even know there was a Jagex Cat names Bob.
Only that dude in the random event where u get fishing exp.
