Auction WebSite ! Your Ideas PLEASE !

To set up an auction site , My Domain Hosting server has a marketing license so i can Sell items !

I Do no html and website making But i Need a usersystem to log in !
It would Hopefully Be Like Ebay but smaller community Lol
I have a domain name Habbostudio.co.uk
but im changing the name SERVER as soon as i get help from some one !

Any 1 Wana Help Me Make the site ?? Dont realy have much to offer

Since when do you need a "marketing license" to sell items on your website o.O

No offence but unless you have got a good buget theres no point as Ebay owns 99.99% of the market share I would say. If your doing it as a project to improve your skills, I would look at Ebay and copy some of there features/functions and then add onto them.

If you want it to be like ebay you really do have to offer something a little bit special. How do you intend to get members because if someone goes to your site and it says 1 member, they wont wanna join because no one would bid it.
