well, in my brother's girlfriend case; yes.
Sisters friend is blonde shes pretty dumb... she can speak french though...
I dont know if I count as blond cos I was born blonde but I turned brunette.
just a sterotypical view. like not all blondes are dumb. and like teenagers are all yobs. thats not true either. just someone sterotyping
I think they are, yes.
Basically, more intelligent people have more zinc and copper in their hair (source). Blonde hair, in general has less zinc and copper in it and more magnesium, hence the stereotype of blondes being 'dumb'.
