Ah, I can't sleep!

Okay, well I live in aus and it's 4:23 in the morning now haha, usually I sleep in till about 1, but like today I slept in till 4 (dunno why), so now I can't sleep at all haha.. and it's wierd and I've tried going bed.. doesn;t work... I've officially messed up my sleeping patterrn :}

I do that too. Just sleep for 24 hours straight..

Stay awake until you usully go to sleep, then just sleep and wake up earlyish the next day.. it works.
