I just went on that and it gives "Bandwith Limit Exceeded" then opens the Habbo join/login page? What's up with that?

Its broke.
It's a scam site trying to get your habbo name and password. When the new window pops up with the Habbo log in, if you look at the top bar, the url is:
http://ohk.ath.cx
