It's a swamp lizard.

You need to catch it from the Mor'ton Swamp.

All you need to do is look at the Knowledge Base on www.runescape.com , it's why it's there. :)

Still can't find out how..

get some swamp tar from lummy swamp, get some guam leafs and put the guam leaf in the crushing thing (forgot what its called) but you use to make pots and then use the crushed guam leaf on the tar, i think

the crushing thing is a pestle and mortar
