Iframe Help :S

hi, ive put iframes on my site but i dont know how to get the links on the navigation bar to open it the Iframe?

<a href="name of page" target="name of iframe">Link Name</a>

example

<a href="LINK TO PAGE" target="IFRAME NAME">PAGE TITLE</a>
