I ordered mine late Saturday night and got it today, so are you sure they didn't make some sort of mistake?

This is most likely because nvrspk4 (the VIP Manager who sets SMS VIP up) is very busy spending time with family, and is only on very late. You're sure to get it soon - as the Christmas period finishes.
Telling us who these 2 people are would help :).
