I belive it has a very high risk if you want to provide proper hosting. You would really need a vps, which for a decent one will cost around £60 p/m and then there are other fees such as support, domains etc.
You could try, Ill even provide you with a free reseller just to start you off and to see if you are up to it, However there may be a delay as im just getting my server back up as its gone down and taken around half of my network with it.
