Template C&C And Help !

Hey!

Ive created a live demo of my sites upcoming template which can be found at: http://www.imager.mini-i.fm/v5

Ive already had some comments on the layout, but I am trying to get some C&C as we are gradually deciding against using the layout lol.

Also, in IE at the top where you can see the login box, because of the <form></form> tags, its adding an extra row under the forms, etc. How can I solve this?
