I think Sean Paul is a very good song writter, The way his music is written kinda sticks to you and you just go with the flow of his music.
Most of the beats he uses are jamaican and are really nice to listen to,

tbh he annoys me to no end, it's that annoying voice he's got. i know he cant help it, but gargh
his voice is so annoying ;l you cant understand him
and he is lyrically challenged too, he cannot write a good song
I can't tell whether he's a good song writer or not because I can't understand what he's sayin most of the time

He is speaking jamaican, if you search for lyrics on one of his songs you will see.
Most of his songs aren't jamaican and they're still crap...
