Banned from some threads????

Okai i'm banned in hmmm rare values, and ask habbox staff and why am I??
When I click post reply it says

3420, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Because your not a Rare Value Reporter.. lol.
On rvr's + admins can reply.
where does it say your banned?

As he said, in certain forums you have to be staff to reply to the thread ;)
