Rare Report #1

This is my first proper Rare Report:

Red = Over Habbox Price
Blue = Habbox Price
Purple = Below Habbox Price

1.25 HC = 1 Time
1.0 HC = 3 Times

Mainly being sold at Habbox Price, but maybe a slight rise happening?

2.5 HC = 3 Times (!!??)
2.0 HC = 2 Times
1.75 = 1 Time (Sold for 1 HC, Mocha, Dicemaster)

I think the Throne Sofa might rise again to its Former Glory, but slowly.
The time it was sold 1.75 was probably bought by someone not very knowledgeable :D.

Sadly the Christmas buzz has left the hotel, and this fun little furniture, is going down. Even though it was sold at 2.0 HC i think it was a mistake in judgement. It is inevitable, that by the end of January, it will be 1.0 HC.

Throne Sofa & Red fan seem a tad too high,
but we all see differant things! :P
