Habbo Updating?

Are Habbo updating? The site won't work and the hotel itself won't load. (I refreshed because it said maintenance and now I can't get back on)

the site doesnt load it just comes up blank

I refreshed and got the 'Cannot Find Server' Then after refreshing a few times, it came back up and now Im on habbo..

Anyone else unable to load the hotel itself? It's not loading the Sulake bit. :(
