well my hybrids in the making 20 defence n 47 mage whos is worse now :P and yes it should be possible with those levels.
60 Theiving Is A GodSent On That Quest.
Dont forget high lvl agility to pass the end part, VERY time consuming if you dont have 50+ agility (suggested 56 as you can do regicide right after Underground pass). Hope it helps and good luck.
