it's Lq - but with the q moved up a bit?

Draw it babe. Or just type LP and flip the P in paint.
Like Tom said, do the p in paint and flip it and then put it onto whatever you want it on?
Or, try and find the linkin park font and see if the p's like that.
Paint> Text> LP> Put a box around the P > Image> Flip/Rotate Flip Horizontal
