I want to start to make habbo layouts :). Can people please tell me what programs they use? Also does anyone know any links to tutorials on how to make habbo layouts. I can only find one (www.animik.ca).

There's no good tutorials on how to make habbo layouts.
You should be half-decent at pixel art and then, if you know your way around xhtml/css coding templates, you only need paint.
