Who Baught Who Virgin Mobile/NTL

One of them have bought the other out I dunno what one...

Plus on the ntl: site it says Get Virgin Mobile and includes a TV + Virgin mobile package.
And on the virgin mobile site it says Get ntl: and a thing saying virgin mobile working with ntl: .

I allso recived a confuseing letter from Virgin mobile (since i use it) and NTL (since i have that in one room (usallly use sky tho))

So two confuseing letters one saying ntl: bought virgin mobile and one saying virgin mobile bought ntl: .

And a long line of history with ntl: trying to buy virgin mobile if you look on google
