Items bought on Ebay

Anyway, Say if i bought a router off an Ebay member, and i did the payment, and the product seemed defective over like 2-3 months. could i like get a refund? Cause im thinking of getting a router. On Ebay its alot cheaper but i dont know if they give a refund, and stores, its cheaper, but i could always bring it back and get a new one.

Try a powerseller or ebaystore, a lot of people do give refunds. Check feedback.
