It needs a lot more effort and shading. You need to practise reshaping the cloak so it looks isometric and is a relatively realistic shape. The arm holding the lightsaber is far too short and the hand.. needs a complete redo, try using the hand a habbo has when they are dancing/holding an object in the desired position to be assured it looks more like a hand.you should actually show parts of the sabre handle going behind the fingers so it looks like it is being held. The outline of the shoes has also turned fairly odd.
Don't use paint as an excuse for a graphic that.. has lots of room for improvement. Most if not all alterations in the elite section are made in Paint and as are many of the images you see on larger pixel art communities/websites.

Its not that good.. it looks like its just drawn by hand just putting some lines somewhere and than colour it.. it could use some more shades..
the cloak looks very weird.
