Habbo Information

Does anyone know how to make it so a Habbo's information would show up by clicking on someones name in a user system shoutbox, I need the information to look like Habbo's so you click and it shows their habbo's information, I don't know how to do this though, I am using this shoutbox:

So the name has a link on it then they click it and the same as habbo comes up but with the name that they have chosen to post with. If you don't understand just say! :)

I thought of doing that, but I never got round to it :(
