If you do it in fireworks, slice it and export it then open the folder in dreamweaver it should automatically be coded..

Ohh wait, your right, it is already coded.

But I need it so when you click on a tab, it goes to that page...
like, you click the radio tab and it goes to all the links like Requests, DJ of the Week, etc.

Html editor> copy a word then right click then it insert hyperlink..

see, I haven't worked with sliced layouts yet, I usually just work with regular non-sliced layouts. :P
