Well The Answer Is, Every Room has To Have Some Seating Furni.
Just Like The Hc Is Worth more Than The Mocha / Dice Although the hc
is in month 1 and the mocha is in month 2.

People Usually Want alot Of Seating Furni for their guests , so the number of decorations ... in this case the samavar and hologirl is not as important.
Therefore The Thorne is more wanted , Therefore It's Value Increases

The Realease of the hologirl in 2004 Has also impacted the Hologirl's value alot.

Wait. There is a period on habbo, usually last's for 2 weeks- Where the throne drops in value.

A month ago, the throne was worth about 13 hcs. I Bought One.
And Traded It Straight Away. Stupid Me :P

The Tip Is to wait , hopefully this will be soon ( Since The Throne is Dropping ) , Buy Yourself a Throne And wait A Few Weeks :) . Patience My Friends

P.s - If you "Really" need To Buy A Throne. It's best To Buy one Right After
Habbox Has Updated their values. You dont want to buy a throne for 17 hcs
and 2 minutes later people are saying " 15.5 Hcs For my throne " And You get A heart Attack When You Check Habbox. =]

I Have 6Thrones, When They Went Down, I Traded For 12 Hcs, Now You Can Get 18 :|

Nice post, but I think everybody already knows that because the part about the gifts is on the habbox Rare Watch page and the reason why the value is higher is the same as the hc and mocha part and that is on the Rare Value FAQ's page. ;)
