There is 0% chance that it is real.

Reasons:
- Habbo don't release information about new rares until their actual release. Especially if it's something never seen on any hotel.
- Habbo don't make really bad animations and post them on YouTube.
- If they did, it would display the Sulake logo and copyright etc.
- That "rare" doesn't even cast a shaddow.
- The video has a site's URL watermarked across it clearly proving Sulake didn't make it.
- Sulake staff can afford to buy paint, flooring and other furni for the room.
- Sulake staff don't have twitches that force them to cintinuously move their cursor over all the tiles in the room.

Anyone who even considdered this might be real is extremely I have a little task for you. Say "orange" three times and it sounds like you are saying "gulible". Go on.. try it. :)
