Radio Stats Error

Due to me not having the admin password of any shoutcast servers, no details can be displayed in this demo is Offline
Dose anyone know how to sort this out, I am using the right script on extenhost it works, however with my own host it dosn't work. Why is this, what do i have to do?

Delete the radio stats files you have now.

Go to http://www.hosting-factory.co.uk/radiostats.zip

Upload it to your website

Edit the config bit and that should work.
