which one do you need to take for what?
Guthans - Heals
Dharoks - Hits high at low HP
Torags - Drains energy
Veracs - Hits through prayer
Ahrims - Lowers strength
Karils - Lowers agility
If thats what you meant by full set, and you need all of a set for effect to work

So the best is i think dharoks :D
it depends what your using it for
Guthan ftw. Guthan for training.
Veracs is good also.
Dhoraks only good for strentgh training.
Also, use prayer or its easy to die.
