Nike's opinion - I don't know if anyone has thought of this, but these will rocket when v12 comes out, because there will be about 24 month of hc gifts i think? Which means less throne sofas as people won't be getting them from Habbo Club, not sure if you knew that but if you didn't, there ya go! :D

Nike's opinion - Oh yeah, the new addition to the rares! The rose sleeping bag, very romantic, or so you'd think. Tbh, this doesn't look like anything romantic at all, it's just a ragged sleeping bag painted pink, maybe it would have been more romantic if they used roses instead of the leaves but ah well. These have been described as "EW" by all my habbo friends, lol. Not a very popular rare!

Nike's opinion - Petals are very popular during the summer, especially the floors as you just can't have a summer room without some grass, can you? Or at least sand! But the petals have proven to be a great seller in the summer! I suspect these increase to around 4T 15.

Nike's opinion - Aha! The ice cream machine! My favour Norm Rare. Good i had about 20 of these stashed away lol! Haven't sold them but plan to lol. But, as much as i would like to exploit the fact i have loads, i'm not going to, i don't value these as a HC rare, I think they belong back in the 0.5 region, sorry ICM fans (me) :p
