I think its to stop clones.
i got it wen i logged in with one account but then also got it wen logged in with same account on another window O.o
Basically it's an error message sent from the server.
The log code is used by sulake staff to determine where abouts the error is. Date and time is when it occured and message ID is the number of errors (I.e. that was error number 88).

I got it again now ive logged onto to another account but this time it wont come off and it is different:

It's just an updated version of "Oops, cannot connect" but it doesn't make you reload. Lol? :rolleyes:
I do believe, it is a error message, which is probably like someone said, a replacement to the "Oops, there was an errror" and "Problems connecting" pop-ups.
