Well, DJ Mayhem had BH-Hosts root, and he said if I didnt give him crazyhabbo.net, hell terminate our Account.
Well he must of terminated our account, and terminated all the accounts.
Humm, u recon he can be taken to court for deleting about 100 accounts from the server? and going against the T&C?

No because you let him have root access
The users *if they paid* can take BH-Hosts to court now :P
Also DJ Bad was in with this, as on msn they said to me if I dont give them crazyhabbo.net, then they will take it by force (In other words) so they used root, and deleted many of our files. I then told him hes going against the T&C (So he had a warning) and he replied, I own the server so im alowed to go against the T&C (***??) so he edited the home page and put now owned by DJ Mayhem and DJ Bad. and then i checked our other site, it was down and all the other sites were down. And he deleted the full server!
Well to be honest, only an idiot would do that, they are immature and don't know what they are in for, they could be taken to court for unuathorized access and going against the aggreed TOS, you will have many clients complaining, i just hope you took a recent backup...
P.S. What is the link to BH-hosts?
change the root password, tell your host before you tell us for god sake!
Just talked to Ed the owner of BH Hosts and he said.
"The Server is backed up"
This means Brett did delete it but is will be replaced and back asap
Mr Ed (Owner of BH) had a back up and should be bk up soon :)
Thats just mental.. pm me and I will give you free hosting and free shoutcast for crazyhabbo, I currently host several domains and have a bucket load of spare space and capacity.
The other option is to have them turned over to the police.
Their deletion of files is an offence under section 3 of the computer misuse act 1990.
