Where do you get empty room pics of Public rooms for Habbo Banners?

Usually different hotels when it's there night time.
I used to use the china one a lot...not sure if you can access it now.
I think it's habbo.cn

Well, what they do is be sad and stay up to about midnight, then go in there.
