how to make them radio intro

Hi there i want to know what progrem is the best to make them intro things like how http://habbo-paper.co.uk/ has it when you load the page it like has that info befor the radio starts playing i know how to add it to my radio want i want is what progrem to i make the music in?

Audacity is good although you need some experience.

its free go to google and put Audacity in.

he's called Invent
He used an adobe programe i forget what its call though.
