yep, you need to complete dragon slayer and have 40 def. ;]
You need to have 40 defence and have completed Dragon Slayer to wear it.

well i'm only cb level 46 so i might wait til about 50 as my strongest poing is 46 att and 42 def.
I did it at around that level, it's pretty easy really. Take an invent of lobbies, a good weapon and medium armour and an anti fire shield and you'll be fine :D
You can wear chainbody though cant you?
