I think you should Infract people who make threads in News and rumours.

It will be there fault. If they could be bovard to see if it was posted.

This would stop lazyness :D

I think thats a bit too harsh. Sometimes people don't realize it the post is already made.

That would be far too harsh. Simply report threads that contain old news and a Moderator will sort them :).
