I just came back from RuneScape after 4 months, and couldn't help noticing the drop of members online...
I remember there used to be 10,000 people used to be on at around 6:00 and now there is only 6,000 :S
anyone got any ideas?

I have only been on habbo for 3 days now since my return so maybe I just haven't seen enough.
Yeah I was just wondering that. Maybe people don't like the new updates.
I have to admit I don't really like Habbo homes and the fact that you need to have the Habbo homepage and the window you play in.
But there are alot of good things like Credits and Changing your look automatically.
I was just surprised that so many people must have left

Tea time-ish? Rush hour! Traffick? And maybe all the ripping people off they do and acking etc...
Yeah its dropped a hell of alot over the last few months.
It must be because of the updates.
Also the amount of perm bans for stupid reasons

Tell me about it. I got banned for 'scripting'. All I did was walk into a friend's help centre and say "LOLZ!1!!! I RECOLOURED DIS DRAGON AND GOT A THRONE YEHYEH!1!".Quote:

Yeah the members have dropped by a lot in the past few months. Heres some reasons why I think they have gone:
- Callie did updates and competitions/quests daily and Lost_witness doesn't really do as much so it has got boring.
- Habbo UK seems to have not so much released on it first/ at all eg norm recolours. So because there are other english speaking hotels that have released alot habbos have moved hotels.
- You can't buy credits from abroad on habbo UK so we don't get many foreign people playing regularly where as other hotels do.
- You can buy credits for other hotels in the UK so if other hotels are more updated/active then UK players might move there.
Wanna know why? China/Finland/Japan and some more can no longer enter the hotel, Oh forgot to mention.. habbos crap.
