Need Someone to help me get my stats working

I own hab-house.com the stats on it dont work, they always say the radio is offline. can anyone help me

Make sure the IP and everything is correct....

i have, its all correct +rep anyway

Erm.. i read someone about shell access..
And that if your hosting doesn't have it the radio stats don't work..
If anyone can back me up and explain more much appreciated other than that not sure what else could be wrong..
