Its kind of odd. Some pixel errors. Check out my tutorial on how to make a good cube in the graphics help section. A lot of people like it. Since you are a begginer, I rate 7/10 :)

It is pretty good for a first alt. Personally I stink at alterations, Im more into making avatars :)

Check out Stratocaster Tutorial to learn how to make correct boxes because your's seems to have some errors.
