Everyone can Play SnowStorm rooms?

I was checking out the X Events easter events on http://www.habbo.co.uk/help/habbo_experts/events.html and I saw this:

Could this mean the new 'Everyone Can Play' snowstorm rooms are coming soon? Or is it just a typical mistake? ;o
