I wanna train Strenght and Attack.
Were i need to train?

rock crabs in rekella OR experiments in canifis.
Rock crabs = lvl 13 = 200 exp
Experiments= lvl 25 = 400 exp

Experiments if you are around lvl 40ish

f2p: Elemental wizards south of fally
p2p: Experiments

To reitterate - You are about the level to go kill Rock Crabs. Boring as hell but good XP. Do not use PC, since it brings down the quality of the game when you have 20 little crappy pures running around with only 5 people left to destroy portals.

Also if you play PC at a lower level there is less of a chance to even win and get some points so it'd be quite pointless for you.
