On ruby and saphire i think you could get all there stats to about 350 and there is about 6 stats i think.
Different Pokémon Have different max stats.
Attack Form Deoxys has the most which is 647 if you EV train it.

All pokemon have different stats and it depends on whether you EV leveled them up or did boring rare candies

YOU CAN ONLY USE ITEM SUCH AS PP UP, HP UP, PROTEIN, CARBOS ETC 6 TIMES ON ONE POKEMON, AND THEY HARDLY EVER PUT YOUR STATS UP ANYWAY
