I've heard the same but in truth a rumour is only a rumour until there's some evidence to support it. If I said we could have briefcases in V14 it would just be a rumour, as nothing is there to support it. If I was you and interested about this feature, keep your eyes open and see if Sulake give a hint of what might be happening in V14, and who knows, this might be part of it. :)
There is only one thing known about v14 at the moment, which is a console update of some kind. See my thread here;
