This happened a fair few days ago.

I cant remember who posted this so im not sure of its accuracy but the Gold HC badge has conditions as to whether it shines or not

I think its something like, if you're normal hc and you have your badge showing their badge sparkles, if your badge is hidden it doesnt or something like that :S

Yeah as Nick said, it didn't stop at a particular time - it just randomly stops and starts all the time. Although Nick pointed out the rule above. :)

That applied before V12 (are we on V11 or V12 now?) but when it came out it stopped sparkling altogether.

I was consoled about this a few days ago but figured it would already have been posted. Looks like it wasnt :P
