Is Rose used it again to get back to the dr or is it sumin to do with Mr Saxon?

bad wolf wasnt rose it was the energy in the tardis.. the whats it called time and space something. its following the doctor.

Bad Wolf was a sign that Rose sent out through time and space to tell her to help the doctor in the final episode.
