humanity assignment

Hi. My class 8X has a big project they have to do, we have a booth and everything, its quite big.

Anywho, I have to try and find a person that has Contributed to humanity.
(preferably a girl, as i have to dress up as them.)
I need help choosing a person, cos i can't seem to find anyone.. theres a list of what NOT to do because they were done last yr.

So um, suggestions? >.<

Post the list of what not to do so we don't post the same ones and stuff! :)

Mother Terresa? Madame Quree (sp?), Margret Thatcher there ones of the top of my head :P.

Id say mother teresa as said above or maybe Rosa Parks? the woman on the bus who wouldnt give up her seat
