is an example, if you change the Macmee the image will change the text to what, so does anyone how to make an image with changeable text like this?

I can use Photoshop and PHP but I never learned how to do this.

Ya... using a GD Library in PHP like Aflux said. It basically combines text into a background image and renders it :)
