u have to pm a certain admin to "prove" you own the habbo account :]

You need to Send a F/r to nvrspk4 on Habbo. And then PM him about a name chnge.
PM nvrspk4 and he'll ask you to f/r him or something.
If its your Habbo name, yes you can, just f/r me and PM me as they have all said :P
