There doesnt need to be 25 similies. Its not always the case that you use each one once nor do you need to use 25 at once ;).
There are more than 15 similies though, not sure how many exactly.
Why would you want to use 25 smileys anyway?
There are 66 by my count (Not including the rare thumbnails)
i'm also confused
He made a Happy Birthday thread for Neversoft and MBE removed some of the smileys as he 'used too many' when he was only trying to make it look half decent.
