Are you creative and imaginative?

If so, I need you! I have been working on my forum for the past 1 week and have had no luck getting it exactly how I want it. So, that's where you come in. I need someone to make me a fun, bubbly and bright forum that says "Come and get me" without being in your face. At the moment, the forum is dull, grey, and looks like it's saying "Go away, I'm emo"
